This is a place for all of my book-loving students to talk to each other about the books they're reading.
We'll see how it goes, but for now I'll start a blog post about the main books you're reading. If you want to chat about them - just post a comment.
If you have another discussion you'd like to start - just let me know the topic.

Now that so many of you have suggested titles you want to discuss, the first page has turned into two pages. No worries! You can still find the books you want to discuss by looking at the Blog archive below the stack of books (which is just below this). Just click on the title you want to discuss.
To get to the other discussions, just click on the arrow next to January and it will list all 14 books.

i did not really like the end of Pleasing the Ghost. I wanted to read more!!! How could it end like that? I hated the ending. Why didn't the author write that Dennis' father came as a ghost and never left. Then, all of the sudden dennis' mom realises that her husband is there and he becomes alive again.
ReplyDeletei also didn't like when they found the treasure under the plant that Dennis' uncle planted. That was not a need to know part.lol
My favorite pary was when Dennis' Uncle's wife's boyfriend thinks that there is a wasp in the air that keeps on biteing him and he atarts hitting himself on the arm.lol Another part I really LOVED was whenDennis' Uncle smashes the box of chocolates that he gave her girlfriend (dennis' uncle's wife)
