the lightning thief is a ausome book. it is a really great book in my opinion! I love it an Iam looking forward to reading the 2nd one.

I am sssssssssssoooooooo happy that u will try it again. I have to say, the first 3 pages i totally did not understand.but when u get up to page 6 to 10 u wont put the book down. you might have to look up some of the gods, monsters, and other stuff like that in Mrs.Curry's book. It says everything

Yes, Alex. I read most of it last spring and then I finished it in the summer when the last book came out. Then I gave them to Mrs. D and she read them all too!

I am so glad that a lot of you guys are going to read The Lightening Thief series. All of the people that that want to read it, GO RIGHT AHEAD AND READ IT!!!!!!! If you read it i know that you will LOVE IT SOO SOO MUCH!!!!! The Lightening Thief is packed with a whole adventure inside of it. YOU WON'T EVER PUT THE BOOK DOWN!!!! Believe me!!! This is getting really, really long. It went from one sentence to the other and right now i am making it longer just by righting that it got longer so I am going to end this short. READ THE LIGHTENING THIEF SERIES. YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!

Isn't Percy like 12? because in the trailers he looks 15 or 16
ReplyDeleteHe is 12 in The Lightning Thief, Caroline. He says so right at the beginning of the book. He turns 16 in the last book of the series.

Rick’s new series The Kane Chronicles, about siblings Carter and Sadie Kane battling Ancient Egyptian gods in the modern world, will launch May 4, 2010 with the first book: The Red Pyramid.
